Zivor sells custom-fit car covers, bike covers, and related products to customers in Australia. All prices on the Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
2. Products Are Made to Order
Our covers are custom-fit and made to order based on the vehicle make, model, and year you provide at checkout. Because each order is produced specifically for you, it is your responsibility to enter accurate vehicle details. We are not responsible for a poor fit caused by incorrect information supplied at the time of ordering.
3. Product Descriptions and Colours
We make every effort to display our products, colours, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens and displays. Fabric weights, sizing, and other specifications are described to the best of our ability but may be subject to minor variation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details provided by you, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before purchasing, as our covers are custom-fit and made to order.
8. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.
